Full Program Rules
These terms apply to Comcast’s Price for Life program (“Program”). Service is subject to Comcast’s standard terms and conditions of service.
1. Under the Program, the price of the covered services specified below (“covered services”) will not be increased for the duration of the customer’s account, and for so long as customer (“you” or “customer”) satisfy the requirements of the Program and Comcast offers the covered services to your location. Price for Life applies only to the covered services under a single residential account obtained while the Program is in effect and is limited to the primary account holder.
2. The Program is only available in wired and serviceable areas in participating Comcast systems (and may not be transferred) and is limited to residential customers. Eligible customers who currently subscribe to a covered service at Comcast’s regular rate will automatically receive Price for Life pricing under the Program.
3. Currently, the Program is only available in participating Comcast systems in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Please call Comcast for information about Program availability in your area.
4. Price for Life applies only to Comcast’s regular recurring monthly service fee for the covered services and does not include promotional prices, discounts, seasonal rates, equipment and installation charges, taxes, franchise fees or other applicable charges in effect from time to time. High-Speed Internet service price limited to a single outlet. If your price requires a subscription to another Comcast service(s), you must continue to subscribe to those services at Comcast’s regular rates to receive that price for the covered service. Program participation automatically terminates if (i) you fail to maintain your account in good standing; (ii) Comcast ceases to provide covered services to your location; (iii) the covered services are terminated for any reason; (iv) the residency of the primary account holder is changed; or (v) your account ceases to exist or is changed. Program participation also may be terminated at Comcast’s option, if the covered services are upgraded, downgraded, altered or changed by you for any reason.
5. Comcast may revise, alter, modify or terminate the Program and its related terms at any time, with or without notice to you. Any changes to the Program shall be posted at www.comcast.com/pfl or such other url as Comcast may designate from time to time.
6. Comcast reserves the right to modify, alter, and change or cease providing the covered services, including changing and modifying covered service features. Comcast, in its sole discretion, may also provide enhancements and upgrades to the covered services.
7. Currently, the following Price for Life prices are available for the services specified below:
Covered Service:
Comcast High-Speed Internet Performance service (6.0 Mbps download/384 Kbps upload speed with PowerBoost speeds up to 12.0 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload)
Monthly Price:
$42.95 with subscription to any Comcast video service.*
