3. Where are your products available?
Comcast is proud to offer an extensive nationwide network. Our communications backbone features over 150K route-miles of fiber. But, as with any provider, all products are not available in all areas.
4. Does Comcast have experience with the e-rate process?
Yes. Comcast has helped many different school districts and libraries implement Ethernet Networking and Internet solutions that qualify for the e-rate program. So we’d love to put our experience to work for you.
5. Do you support Large Business customers differently from residential customers?
Yes. To ensure their unique needs are properly addressed, our Large Business customers are supported by specialized call centers (separate from residential and small business customers). National customers are provided a single point of contact who can resolve any customer service issue.     |
