William E. Dordelman |
Bill Dordelman serves as Vice President and Co-Treasurer for Comcast Corporation where he oversees and manages the company's relationships with financial institutions and is active in the company's capital formation activities. He also manages many of the internal financial structure and processes of Comcast Corporation, overseeing cash management, credit and related flows of capital throughout the company.
Mr. Dordelman leads a group which manages the company’s significant holdings of financial assets as well as its various retirement plans. He also helped create and currently serves on the board of directors for both the Comcast Foundation and Comcast Capital Corporation. In prior roles at Comcast, Mr. Dordelman oversaw investor relations and was instrumental in many aspects of the company’s public reporting and disclosure to the financial community.
Prior to joining Comcast in 1993, Mr. Dordelman was an investment banker for nine years with Lazard Freres & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co, and an affiliate of Montgomery Securities where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and oversaw corporate financial matters pertaining to the media and communications industry.
Mr. Dordelman graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Lawrence University, majoring in Economics and French. He lives with his wife and two children in Bryn Mawr, PA.
