Kenneth Mikalauskas |
Kenneth Mikalauskas serves as Vice President and Co-Treasurer for Comcast Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing the company’s debt capital market activities including the issuance of public and private debt securities, the issuance of Commercial Paper, and the maintenance of the company’s Lines of Credit. He also oversees and manages Comcast’s interest rate derivatives and was instrumental in writing the company’s derivative policy. Mr. Mikalauskas is actively involved with all financial and capital market activities at Comcast and manages the company’s internal treasury staff that supports capital formation activity.
Mr. Mikalauskas joined Comcast in 1988 as a Financial Analyst after receiving an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. He has held increasingly responsible positions in the treasury group and was promoted to Vice President in 2000 and Co-Treasurer in 2008. He also holds a BA in Mathematics from Swarthmore College.
Mr. Mikalauskas was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and currently resides in Mount Laurel, NJ.
