Suzanne L. Keenan |
Suzanne L. Keenan, Senior Vice President, Cable Human Resources and Comcast University is responsible for Comcast’s employee experience and Corporate University strategy and execution.
Prior to joining the HR Team, Ms. Keenan was the Senior Vice President of National Customer Operations and Comcast University. In this role, she was responsible for the service provided to Comcast's more than 24 million customers, focusing on making Comcast a preferred service provider for its cable video, high-speed Internet and voice products.
Before joining Comcast in 1999, Ms. Keenan served in various management roles for PECO Energy’s distribution company, including Vice President of Customer and Marketing Services, General Manager Customer Service and Director of Field Services.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Ms. Keenan holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering and a MA from the University of Pittsburgh in Health Physics. She has also participated in executive development programs at Harvard, Wharton and MIT. She was named Penn State’s Nuclear Engineering Outstanding Alumni Lecturer for 1999 and Penn State’s Outstanding Engineering Alumna. A recognized leader and mentor for women in the workplace, Ms. Keenan has also been recognized by a number of national publications and industry organizations, including being named to Multichannel News' "2005 Wonder Women" list, a "Woman To Watch" by Women in Cable Television (2004), and cited by Broadcasting & Cable in its look at the "Next Wave of Women Emerging in TV" (2004).
Ms. Keenan resides in Penn Valley, PA, with her husband and two children.
