Brian L. Roberts*

Brian L. Roberts, 48, has served as a director and as our President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2002 and Chairman of the Board since May 2004. Prior to November 2002, Mr. Roberts served as a director and President of our predecessor for more than five years. He is a son of Mr. Ralph J. Roberts. Mr. Roberts is also a director of Comcast Holdings Corporation, one of our wholly owned subsidiaries, and The Bank of New York Company, Inc. and is the Chairman of the board of directors of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association.
