Brian L. Roberts*
Brian L. Roberts, 50, has served as a director since March 1988, as our President since February 1990, as our Chief Executive Officer since November 2002 and as our Chairman of the Board since May 2004. As of December 31, 2008, Mr. Roberts had sole voting power over approximately 33% of the combined voting power of our two classes of voting common stock. He is a son of Mr. Ralph J. Roberts. Mr. Roberts is also a director of Comcast Holdings Corporation, a director of the National Cable and Telecommunications Association and Chairman of CableLabs.
