Comcast’s nearly 100,000 employees live and work in the communities we serve. Giving back is part of our company’s heritage, and our employees volunteer individually and come together by the thousands to serve where it’s needed most in their neighborhoods.

We also actively participate in opportunities to help others through our national partnerships with Big Brothers Big Sisters, City Year and United Way. From sponsoring local City Year corps teams; to being a Big Brother or Big Sister and mentoring children; to pitching in on Comcast Cares Day, our annual day of service, we’re working hard every day to make a difference.
