Comcast Cares Day

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your community.

Comcast Cares Day

Every year on Comcast Cares Day, we bring together tens of thousands of Comcast employees, their families and friends to make a positive impact in neighborhoods across the country.

We had a record-breaking turnout on our eighth annual Comcast Cares Day on Saturday, April 25, 2009. More than 60,000 volunteers did their part at 600 project sites around the country.

Comcast Cares Day began in 2001, and has grown to become one of the largest single-day corporate volunteer efforts in the country.  With this year’s effort included, Comcast employees, families and friends have now volunteered at more than 2,300 projects since Comcast Cares Day began and delivered nearly 1.4 million hours of service.

Comcast Cares Day is just one of the many ways we power dreams in our local communities - and it’s part of our year-round commitment to making a difference.
