Brian L. Roberts' keynote “Comcast 3.0” at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) was the first for the cable industry. Comcast 3.0 is about giving customers more. Comcast is more open with tru2way™ technology, more personalized, with more content, more choice and a more flexible network.

The cable industry has created an open architecture with tru2way technology that enables companies in the consumer electronics, software and Internet industries to build new products and services that are simple and converged. Comcast is at the center of the digital home in front of 48 million US households, offering interactive, converged services to millions of American consumers.
