A: No, Comcast Gift Cards cannot be replenished. You can purchase a new card by visiting www.comcast.com/giftcards.

A. The minimum amount that you can put on a Comcast Gift Card is $5.00 and the maximum amount is $500.00.

Q. Will I be charged sales tax for my Comcast Gift Card?
A. There is no sales tax on Comcast Gift Cards.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my Comcast Gift Card order?
A. Gift Card orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or otherwise modified once the purchase process has been completed.

Q. I just purchased a Comcast Gift Card; what will be sent to the recipient?
A. Each card will be affixed to a carrier including your personalized message and mailed to the recipient.

Q. When will I receive my Gift Card? Is there any way to track the delivery?
A. Comcast Gift Card(s) will ship within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase. Delivery dates depend on the shipping method you selected at purchase. Please refer to your confirmation email for your UPS tracking number. If you have further questions regarding the delivery of your Comcast Gift Card, please call

Q: How can I change the shipping address or billing information on my Comcast Gift Card order?
A: Please confirm that your shipping and billing information is correct before you continue to check out. Changes cannot be made to your purchase at the time of confirmation.


Redeeming your Comcast Gift Card


Q. How do I redeem my Comcast Gift Card?
A. You can redeem your Comcast Gift Card by visiting www.comcast.com/giftcards or by calling 1-888-311-3589. Please be sure to have your Comcast Gift Card number, Comcast Gift Card PIN and the Comcast Account Number that you would like the gift card balance applied to available. An active Comcast residential services account is required to redeem a Comcast Gift Card.

A. You can find your Gift Card PIN on the back of your gift card. Please scratch off the metallic area next to the Gift Card number to reveal the PIN.

Q: Can I redeem my Comcast Gift Card at a Comcast service center?
A: We’re sorry, gift cards can not be redeemed at payment centers. Instead, please visit www.comcast.com/giftcards or call 1-888-311-3589 to redeem your Comcast Gift Card.

Q: How will a Comcast Gift Card redemption appear on my Comcast bill?
A: The amount redeemed will appear on your Comcast bill and will be noted as “Payment - Thank You.”

Q. I have lost or misplaced my Comcast Gift Card. Will Comcast send a replacement?
A. The Comcast Gift Card should be considered as cash. We cannot replace a lost or stolen Gift Card unless the 16-digit card number is provided to our Comcast customer service representative when calling
