Kevin P. O'Connor Vice President, Federal Tax Comcast Corporation

Kevin P. O’Connor serves as Vice President, Federal Tax for Comcast Corporation, responsible for federal tax compliance, policy, research and planning, including the tax aspects of mergers and acquisition and financial reporting. 

Mr. O’Connor joined Comcast in 1985, serving in numerous positions in the Company’s Tax Department before being named Vice President in 2011.  During his more than twenty-five year career with Comcast, he provided tax analysis for many significant acquisitions, including the 2002 AT&T Broadband acquisition and the recent NBCUniversal joint venture.

Mr. O’Connor earned a BS in accounting and finance from Drexel University.  He resides in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
