Business Account Executive

Join an innovative Business Services team—passionate professionals focused on offering small business owners nothing less than the best tools for gaining a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Use your consultative skills to sell our Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to new, former and existing small- and mid-size customers. This position requires strong lead generation and presentation abilities to communicate the benefits of our products and services platform—as compared to that of the competition.

What’s more, you must be savvy at consulting with customers and prospects to promote and recommend products and services to meet their needs—short-term and long-term.

Direct Sales

Get ready to use your proven sales skills to acquire new customers for our cable, high-speed Internet and phone services—selling them on our sought-after products, over 250 cable channels, including several premium movie channels; a blazing-fast Internet connection; and tons of special features and state-of-the-art products like Video On Demand and DVR.

Expect to meet, even exceed, predetermined sales goals—and you’ll need to present and sell marketing/sales initiatives and special promotions to your customers. Consumer sales experience, as well as door-to-door, business-to-business or telemarketing expertise in consultative selling, is a must.

Sales Account Executive

As a Comcast Spotlight Sales Account Executive, you’ll be working for the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable—helping to put the power of cable to use for local, regional and national advertisers. It’s the Comcast division with a strong presence in nearly 90 markets, with about 30 million owned and represented subscribers. Plus, the big channels millions of people are already sold on E!, Sportsnet, Exercise TV, The Golf Channel and many more.

You’ll leverage the latest message delivery technologies as well as the most insightful marketing intelligence and research tools—including video on demand (VOD), and market segmentation products like Adtag™ and Adcopy™. Soliciting orders from local businesses and advertising agencies through telephone and in-person presentations will also be your responsibilities. To be a top performer, you’ll continuously seek out new customers, as well as maintain and increase sales volume from established accounts. Plus, you’ll need to collect account balances, meet local revenue goals and stay involved in community activities and charities.
